TikTok introduces TikTok Lead Generation, a first-party solution designed to enable companies of all sizes to create seamless interactions to reach potential customers and convert them into customers.
The function is to make it easy for users to fill in a lead form with for example: name, email and phone number to show their interest in a particular product or service. In addition, the basic information that users provide TikTok can also be filled in automatically for a smooth experience between the company and the user.
As an advertiser, you can then reuse this information for several purposes, such as creating customizable messages that are relevant to multiple customer segments.
You can choose to manually download your lists of leads or connect them directly to your CRM-system in order to build your customer base and be able to follow up on your incoming leads. The feature is now available to advertisers around the world.
